1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
Lots of sleepless nights and hard work itself becomes a motivation. When I think that all my hard work will lose if I choose to stop, it fuels me continuously and keeps me going every day.
2. Why should people choose your product/services?
My segment is to help small business owners & entrepreneurs. I strongly believe that together we can grow & help each other reaching miles ahead.
3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
Our expert team believes and understands the hiccups faced by every small business. Our enthusiasm & zeal to help our clients can’t be copied.
4. What risks are you facing?
Everything is a risk when you are into Business. A risk is the only thing that defines Business.
5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
We make a decision as a team and until now we haven’t considered any alliance/partnership.
6. What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will you need in investments?
Currently, our cash flow projections are pretty decent. We have just started and I believe within a few years we will achieve our break-even point. On the needs of investment, we will need within 5-10 lacs to scale up our Business.
7. What comes first for you, money or emotions?
I’m more of an emotional kind of person but I believe business is a perfect balance between money and emotion.
8. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of?
Our Marketing team is Trained & Certified by Google & Hubspot. Getting your team the right skill and training are more important for the growth of a company. We are proud to be a certified marketing team.
9. How do you handle the pressure?
One thing that comes to my mind when I’m in pressure is “if not now its never”. I have a great team though which keeps me motivated and this helps me a lot.
10. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
Selling up my company is something I don’t prefer. Until and unless the deal is absolutely fantastic I don’t like to gain.
I will avoid losing my confidence, experience & motivation I have achieved with time.
11. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
I think finance and money investment is secondary. To startup something you should have a well-built plan, passion and personal connections wherever you go. Business runs more with connection and referral rather than big advertisements.
12. How did you get started with this startup idea?
I have always been happy exploring new things and taking up responsibilities. Working in few startups I have gained an experience on how a company works and how much hard work and continuous effort it takes to keep it stable.
I have started up with a 99.Rs investment buying a domain name and everything just went smoothly starting from creating a team from my past and present connections to building up an awesome website by my developing team. I have chosen a team that is tough enough to face any situation and all of them take Digimax Solutions as a dream project.
