We Offer Royal Gemstones, Astrological Gemstones, Natural Rudraksha especially cultivated and handpicked from Nepal. Our goal is to make our products reach each and every house. We have collaborated with 150 astrologers all over south India to provide astrological services for our customers. 1. What’s your source of motivation?
The customer satisfaction and the compliments I get for the work I do. I left my IT job, because after a year of working it felt like a monotonous job. I wanted every day to be inspiring and wanted to enjoy my work. I turned my hobby of examining gemstones into my business. When we deliver our product, our customers get back to me and say, it’s very beautiful, we love what you’ve made, it gives me an immense push to keep growing and moving. Every morning, I remember the things that got me to what I’m today, it gives me an immense energy to keep going and growing.

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
AstroGemVeda.com offers transparent prices of Royal gemstones, Astrological Gemstones, rudrakshas. We want to show customers that in the name of belief gemstones have been priced at very high rates than required by most merchants available in this field. We want to end that, we provide the best quality for the best price. Our product listing is very elaborative, all products are certified undoubtedly.

3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
We have numerous services under one roof. We offer few services for free which are being charged by other competitors, For example, A customer wants to buy an Astrological Gemstone for himself, he first needs to consult an astrologer, we at astrogemveda, provide a free consultation on phone / Skype with the astrologer. Our products are chosen very carefully, we make sure the customer is satisfied with the product which we are sending and then only we do deliver it to them.

4. What risks are you facing?
Our business model has been designed in such a way that the risk is minimized as much as possible. The risk as a startup we face sometimes is cash flow management. We operate on planned budgets, Every time we make an investment into something new we take a risk.

Yes, Maybe in future.

6. What comes first for you money or emotions?
The main goal of any business is to make money and it’s a fact. In business our emotions are to be controlled and kept aside, It will stop you from achieving your goals. Again, when we have to be in business it’s important to make people around you to be motivated, it’s important to touch them emotionally with words. Hence emotions also play a vital role in business.

7. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I am a positive minded person, love exploring and learning new things. My weakness is I try to make things too much perfect which can consume a lot of time.

8. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
I have achieved DOCTORATE IN FIELD OF GEMOLOGY at a very young age that’s the biggest achievement I’m proud of.

9. How do you handle the pressure?
I actually sit down, write down the ways I can treat the things that are causing pressure, then come to a decision and work in that way. In fact, challenging environment is what I love.

10. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
Launch before you feel it’s ready. If you wait until your product or service feels perfect, someone else will already be doing a better job of helping your customers solve their problems. Validate your business idea by launching fast, bringing on a small group of paying customers and adapting to make your solution great for them over time. Hence launch it fast, after making a few sales and you gain a group of customers, take feedback and keep on improvising.
