1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
First of all let me tell you that I am a late riser and talking about motivation, as we know life is just like our earth i.e. movement and because we are part of this magnitude of a movement called Life, we continue to move every morning, get out of bed and begin to do your routines. Otherwise, if we are dead, how can we do this routine?

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
We do not have any product, basically, we are in the service industry and people choose us just because of our work ethics and our capability of implementing the projects and delivering it at the given time frame.

3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
I don’t think that anybody can’t copy my business module as in the present scenario you can’t find any single company doing business monopoly. And talking about the competitive advantage is concerned we are in the field of IT Service Industry were the only concern a client is having the service they are getting and at what value and that’s where we are the best in the market.

4. What risks are you facing?
Basically, if you are talking about risk each and every startup or a new company faces the risk of the fund. If the accounts part is smooth along with the implementation part then you are the Hero of your own film.

5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
Talking about partnership yes me and my wife Tanaya both are the directors of our company where she looks after the project delivery section and apart from her I do not have any other alliance.

6. What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will you need in investments?
We do not have any angel investors as off now and in our industry projections does not work as the payment from clients end take at least 60 to 90 days or even 6 months to clear. We are trying our level best to crack at least 5 Cr mark business by the end of FY 2020.

7. What comes first for you money or emotions?
Money in business and Emotion in personal life. I always try to separate my professional and my personal life.

8. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Talking about my strengths – I can speak a lot and for that only reason I am in the industry till now.

Weakness- I trust anyone blindly within a short span of time.

9. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
From a small firm in 2014 and building up a company with a turnover near about 1 CR without talking any financial help from anyone or investment from anyone is what I am proud of. And also I need to mention that without my wife Tanaya it would not happen.

10. How do you handle the pressure?
For me, if you have ample fund there is no pressure on you. So I basically concentrate each and every day how to generate more and more revenue to stay away from pressure.

11. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
As off now I do not have such plans and I think that we have not reached that position that someone will buy our company.

12. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
My advice will be just go for and not to think what will happen as we have only one life so I think not to think much and implement what you are thinking.
