1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
Just a line which gets me out of the bed- “When the going gets tough, it’s the tough that gets going”.

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
We provide Online Live Coaching and prepares the students for various State and National Level Competitive Examinations, through our services students can prepare for various Competitive Examinations from the comfort of their home, they need not travel to various different coaching centres, Hence reducing the overall cost of the preparation.

3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
Competitive Advantage of Reanas EduTech is the combined used of Educational sector and technology, which would help a large number of students from various remote areas, our technology used is very much advanced, the digital boards and other technical aspects are very much secured and advanced, hence making it nearly impossible to copy our platform.

4. What risks are you facing?
The risk we are right now are facing is the old mindset of the students, of spending lakhs of rupees in travelling and settling up in the new city, just for the preparation of the examination, even when they can get this everything just on the laptops, mobiles or computers.

5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
No, we have completely set out our own systems and platform without any alliance/partnership.

6. What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will you need in investments?
The financial planning is about to be finished out, on the initial basis, we are not looking for any investments, the funds are being provided by the Company’s Directors itself. But yes if the coming future, you may expect certain investments from various big firms.

7. What comes first for you, money or emotions?
When it comes to Business, Money is the first thing that should be in the mind.

8. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Being somewhat positive even if the conditions are very tough can be considered as my Strength as well as Weakness because sometimes being positive in tough condition might create condition worse.

9. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of?
Setting up of Reanas EduTech on single handily a kept the company going in good conditions since last 9 months.

10. How do you handle work pressure?
Instead of getting nervous, find out the exact reason of the reason causing that pressure and then eliminating it from its roots.

11. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
I would never be selling this company under any circumstances.

12. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
Just one statement: If it was that easy, everybody could have done it.

13. What’s the one question you were expecting most and I haven’t asked you?
What difficulties you faced while making this Start-Up: Team Work and Trust/Brand Building.
