Interview with Aayush Shrivastav | Fleenear
Aayush Shrivastav is better known as Aayush Pranay is a name that is not so known in the blogging and digital marketing industry but like everyone he has a story to tell which might inspire some of the people out there who are struggling and looking for ways to earn from the Internet. So let’s get started with the interview without wasting time.
1. Please introduce yourself.
Hello, my name is Aayush Shrivastav, I am better known as Aayush Pranay in the virtual world. I am a web developer, a digital marketer, and a wannabe writer. I am also co-founder of Fleenear: a web development, graphics designing, and digital marketing agency based in Siliguri, West Bengal.
2. Can you tell us something about your journey?
I was attracted to computers, the Internet, technology, etc from my school days. The dream of getting access to the Internet came true in 2012 after my 10th board’s exams. It all started with creating a Facebook page. I created my Facebook profile in 2012 and after some days I came across a few Facebook pages, the idea of creating on popped in my mind.
Initially, I struggled a lot in getting likes and reach then I joined a Facebook group called Sharing is Caring better known as SIC. That group gave me a lot of knowledge and my page went viral. I made a few bucks from pages but due to some personal reasons had to left everything.
Then I moved to Siliguri from Bikaner and launched Fleenear in 2019, from that day I have never looked back.
3. What is Fleenear? Can you tell our audience about it?
The idea behind Fleenear is to provide digital marketing assistance to small businesses (and the big ones as well). We basically deal in Web development (and everything related to that), Search Engine Optimization, Graphics Designing & Digital Marketing. Our client base ranges from individuals to some of the big names in Siliguri.
4. What are your future plans for Fleenear?
Talking about the future, the plan is scaling Fleenear to something which will be a level up than our current position. I also want to launch some new products and experiment as Fleenear itself was an experiment back then.
5. Can you share a few achievements of Fleenear?
Counting the achievements I think I haven’t achieved something that big yet as the plans are huge. But when I think about “happiness is often in small things”, I must say Fleenear has performed really well. The investment was in three figures when we started and now we have some big names from Siliguri as our clients. I can’t tell every client’s name due to the policies one of them is Arena Animation.
7. What inspires you to work every day?
I have left a lot of 10 to 7 jobs after clearing interviews as my biggest dream was owning a company; big or small doesn’t matter. Now I am working around 15-16 hours a day, even more, when required, so working for myself is the thing that inspires me.
6. What’s your tip for the newcomers?
I think I am still not on that level where I can teach someone or give life lessons. I can share only what I have learned as I consider my self a newcomer too.
My only advice is to keep working honestly you will get the results. Be honest with your work and your work will pay back one day. Another thing is being flexible, as the scenario in our work changes a lot.
You don’t know when Facebook will update its algorithm or when Google will push a new update. Working online is equally difficult like working offline. You can earn here if you keep working. I know a few people who are earning millions from this industry.
