I have been a very shy kind of a person since my childhood but that didnt stopped me from going ahead to pursue my dreams.I have always been very ambitious and wanted to touch great heights. I wanted to be an Aerospace Engineer and Kalpana Chawla has always been a great source of inspiration to me. But life and destiny never works the way you want.

Post-graduate in CS Engineering, I started up my career as an Asst Prof where after working for a while I felt that how education system in India is affecting lives of poor parents.. Parents spend so much money on education and even then fresher students are not offered Jobs. Some of my students used to come to me and literally cry for not getting Jobs. One day ,while I was discussing the things with my friend Naveen Chahal (Co-founder ATPL)and He told me how he has the vision to change the scenario.How he would like to do work and hire those students and grow.And thus believing in the things ATPL was born.And believe me since the day we started we mostly hired FRESHER students and they do great work.

We at ATPL,assists the software development companies in United States and Europe with Co-development service and translates their product vision and technology leadership into functionality and features that bring value to end customers. Our Offshore software development services are best put to use when an organization is facing large project but of short duration as it can limit the number of new employees and administrative support personnel you must take on.

1.What gets you out of bed in the morning ?
I believe once you start your entrepreneurial journey , you dont need a reason to get out of bed. There is so much to do. If you still need ,you are off track.

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
The best thing we can offer to our Customers is the quality and nothing can compete in it. Most of our products / Apps are doing very well in the market and our customers are the happiest ones.

3. What risks are you facing?
Everyday in India,there are so many start ups without a vision.They dont provide a quality work , thus I have observed that it has become very difficult for the American and European investors to believe on Indians.

Although we provide quality but still sometimes face a lot of difficulites in convncing the ones who are already betrayed or cheated by Indians at some stage.

4. What comes first for you money or emotions?
Honestly , for me it would be emotions but not at the cost of money. I would rather say that it depends upon the situation.

5. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
We are proud of what we are doing as we have faced a lot of struggle . We are proud of our each and every decision , no matter it was wrong or right. When we started out at a very early age of 24 , no one was supporting us. We dont have funds. We started out with Zero. Not even our family believed in our ideas and vision. Literally when I used to tell someone about this , people used to laugh and say LOL , its very difficult to start with no money.

6. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
We will not be selling it off under any circumstances.

7. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
Believe in yourself even when no one else do. There is no right age , no right time. Just go ahead.You will face challenges , you will see ups and downs but that will eventually make you strong. NEVER GIVE UP on your idea.
