I hope this can inspire you to become a successful entrepreneur too! Why is it important to hear the story of a successful entrepreneur?

Having the vision to become an entrepreneur is great. Making it happen is another story!

In that frame, I had the pleasure to interview Ashish Rudhra, founder of Digital Rudhra & Rudhra Technologies.

1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e. what’s your source of motivation?
My source of motivation is to help people and motivate them to start a career in entrepreneurship with whatever limited resources they are having.

2. Why should people choose your product/ services?
I am really passionate about what I do. I started my career in digital marketing at the age of 17. It’s been almost 6 years since I founded my first digital marketing company in Meerut. I always try to give amazing solutions to the client according to their business need.

3. What is your competitive advantage & why can’t it be copied?
I believe every person has a unique quality to give to the world depending on their own unique experiences, and that’s what makes every person different. When I started things were not easy, I learned from the mistakes and tried to improve and give quality services to our clients.

4. What risks do you face in your line of work?
I work with the principle that one can create their own good luck by taking the necessary risks to open the door to change and progress. Presently, we are not facing any risk but we are taking it as a challenge.

5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
Nope, we have not considered any alliance or partnership.

6. What comes first for you money or emotions?
Emotions. I always try to help others without thinking about profit or loss.

7. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My focus, dedication and my team are my strength.

8. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
I am proud of the things that I have done in the last few years by educating thousands of students in the field of digital marketing.

9. How do you handle the pressure?
I sit back and think about how things have gone in my life. From distributing xerox of pamphlets in my class & surroundings to get clients to educating thousands of students in the field of digital marketing.

10. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
I am not going to sell my company ever.

11. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
Just go for it. Don’t think too much. I started at the age of 17, why can’t you?
