1.Hi Mam, I would like you to start by telling us a bit about yourself and your featuring methods of your blogging? Please tell us about your blog, and what inspired you to start it? And where do you find inspirations for your new blog posts?
A Bangalore based IT personnel working at Robert Bosch, who doesn’t want the rushing life to stop at the famed 9-to-5 worklife. Owing it to my enormous love for food, and having a keen interest in cooking & experimenting with edibles, I held that as my inspiration to start my page. I feature photos from sundry cuisines and pretty interiors of cafes, reviewing the eateries around and thus spreading #foodLove.
2.You have a lot of followers to your blog how did you do this? Was there ever be a time when you had to say only one follower? How did you get more?
It all starts with 1. Ya, it took time, but the internet is a fabulous thing. The struggle is real and same are the oppurtunities. It took consistency, some promotions, some shoutouts and keen interest and creativity to get this page to the point where it is now.
3.Is there a food region in particular that is what you like most or basically an inspiration for you?
I cannot exactly take side to one particular region, because admittedly it will be unfair. Every region gives out the taste superior that the other. I would like to extend the reach to as many region specific cuisines as I can.
4.What do you splurge on?
Spending money seems counteriterative if you are trying to save money. But guilty as charged, I have a thing for pretty cafe interiors, a colorful wardrobe and cute little collectives. Well, in a nutshell, blame me to be a shopaholic.
5.What do you find so fascinating or can say you love the most about blogging?
The fact that you can write something that reaches such an interested crowd out there. And there are people who can relate, get motivated and share the same joy. Blogging to me is all about that.
6.Who does your amazing photography, I must say they are the best as you are?
The photography is all by me. I need to learn a lot though, it has a lot more chapters than it seemed at start.
7.What’s the biggest tip you will give anyone wanting to start his/her career as a food blogger?
Always and always upload pictures taken by you. Use the appeal using subtle editing and caption.
8.And the most important of all once you’ve got the followers how do you keep them?
Keep ’em entertained. I got them, because we share the love for food. Food is the driving force here.
9.And here comes the silliest question every intern and blogger is frequently asked so..Where do you see your blog in the next 5 years
Goal right now : Keep it going, inspiring and spreading #foodLove.
Goal 5 years later : Remember why you started, keep carrying this awesomeness.
I hope to see my page and blog filled with delicious foods from all around.
