Friends Villa got it’s name from Friends and Villa, as with us, you feel the warmth as you feel around your friends and family. Friends Villa is a luxury villas hub where you get all types of villas. Its a place where you can stay, eat, dance, do whatever you want to do. Everyone wants luxury but that is not affordable to everyone so we are providing that at an affordable price.
Friends Villa is the Place where luxury meets you and that is our prior goal of all.

An entrepreneur who is trying to make difference with his work. I am associated with 3 Start-up and all are doing well. Two are successfully launched and the third one needs some more time and research. First one was ARTinn Creativity beyond imagination this is Customized gifts platform with its presence in the retail and wholesale market. ARTINN has its first outlet in Mumbai’s Prime Location. After Handling Artinn as director for 3 years. I started my project that is Friends Villa.

1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
Actually, I never sleep I take rest for a few hours or you can say power naps to relax my brain. And I always keep on working on my projects because that’s what I love to, my motto is to think and make that happen.
2. Why should people choose your product/services?
My Products and services:- well they are always customer centric and problem-solving. So In Friends Villa, we are Solving customers problem for getting luxury Villas At affordable prices with best hospitality services.
In this modern era as we can see the Villa industry is disorganised, so We are just trying to create the best platform for Customers as well as Owners Of Properties.
3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
Our Competitive advantage is our honesty and our hunger for Providing best Hospitality experience to our customers.
That which nobody can copy. Someone can copy the business model, logo, name etc but they will not copy our will to do good for others and the hospitality we can provide.
4. What risks are you facing?
Risks are part of my day to day life, as there is always something new to handle. But without risks, there will be no fun. So I think problems are important to keep you moving and also help in realising your mistakes as well as your full potential to tackle that at the same time.
And If I stop Taking Risk then I think that will be the biggest risk I can think of and there I will fail the dream of mine.
So take the risk with the intention of making and upgrading yourself to a new level.
5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
I am very careful before doing any kind of alliance because it is one the most important decision for your company.
I would suggest to my fellow entrepreneurs not to rush towards any partnership or alliance without proper background check-ups because it will impact your start-up’s growth.
Choose partner/alliance very carefully than choosing Husband/wife because in business understanding and trust is very important at every stage of business doesn’t matter either it is a start-up or any MNCs.
In Friends Villa, we don’t need any alliance till now but we are always open for suggestions, if someone is adding more value and have the same beliefs then we can think of it.
6. What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will you need in investments?
Up and Downs Are a part of business as When I started I started with scrap that is I had nothing, I build my dream i.e this startup of mine step by step and now we(me and my team) are sufficient to run our operations.
For investment purpose, we are looking for some amount to expand our reach and add more cities to our list. As if now Friend Villa is self-sufficient.
7. What comes first for you money or emotions?
It should be balanced without emotion money is useless and without money, we can’t survive in business so its both.
8. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Its simple if you believe in your self then you can turn your weaknesses in your strength you just need to figure out how. Because you know yourself better than anyone. So just trust yourself!
9. How do you handle pressure?
I enjoy travelling and visiting new places as part of my job. I travel to so many places and if you ask me then that is my stress buster and I don’t need any other stress relief.
10. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
I am still a learner am learning from others, there are miles to go and here I don’t think I can give advice to anyone, but yes one thing I would like to suggest you all…whatever you are thinking and you desire to start, just START NOW.
