What Homiee is building?
We are building an application for landlords/managers to self-manage rental properties.
Currently, our product helps landlords/managers to generate auto or manual rent bills and receipts, collect online rent payment, share documents, auto rent reminders to tenants, book home services(plumber, electrician, etc) and much more. In almost 60% of the rental properties, the whole billing process i.e. rent bill, rent collection, and rent receipt can be made completely automatic and the manager does not have to do anything apart from checking rental income.
The same application is also available for tenants to connect with their landlords/managers.
Later, we have plans for creating and integrating rental search portal along with the review system into property management tool which will become a great tool rental real estate market.

1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
Getting close to my dream each day motivates to work the next day.
2. Why should people choose your product/services?
Homiee app is a tool which will help landlords of rental properties to completely self manage the rental properties without leasing it to property management companies or individual. It will help them to completely organize and manage all their rental work i.e. rent bill generation, rent receipt generation, online rent collection, document sharing, rent reminders, and much more.
3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
Our unique understanding of the market and first to market will greatly benefit us in the long run.
Well, good ideas or processes are always copied but the implementation of the same does create a major difference.
4. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
We have partnered with premier home services provider for providing daily services such as plumber, electrician, etc.
5. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
When landlord tells us about how Homiee is helping them in their rental property management. In such moments, we feel proud.
6. How do you handle pressure?
By finding solution to the problem which is providing me the tension or ignoring if it is unsolvable.
7. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
We are not thinking of selling it right now.
8. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
1) Idea can validated only by doing it.
2) Launch as soon as possible
9. What problems will be solved?
Through Homiee, landlord can easily manage their rental property by adopting rental billing process and in future we also aim to develop an integrated system for landlords, tenants and rental properties.
