Bread Jam Productions is a production house. We are into production of feature films,ad films,documentaries,Digital films and into castings.Bread Jam Productions was established in 2012 and it was founded by Karan Sejwal.

Our only aim during setting up this company was to team up with the most creative and passionate aspiring minds and to be with them to learn more.

Also we had one intention that with all aspiring actors and crew or even spot boys who so ever work with us they will get paid the same day from us .Whether we get paid from our clients or or not.We had bad experiences in our journey while learning in initial stages.

So this way we made our name and space in everyone’s heart and in the industry.

Slowly and gradually we came with the International casting along with the national casting.The main idea is to work with the best directors and film makers not within India but globally. Along with this work, we have started a Co working space and thought of helping entrepreneurs by opening a small spaces so that they can feel positive and work in coolest environment and also we will get ideas from them.

We have financed our 2 years just to build our beautiful Bread Jam Productions decor in Delhi so that people can easily catch us.

Bread Jam Productions is known for his purity and respect, for us money is the secondary thing which comes in our mind.We work less but we work with due respect.

1.What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
I can’t stay away from work, I am workohalic and also my passion for film making help me to get out of the bed.

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
We are the production house who has gain trust from the people who has passion for acting and for working in cinema . We do not charge a single penny from people in fact they are paid for the service they do for us the very first day.

3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
We do not work for money, ofcourse we run our family because of it, we are very economical. We are here to sustain in the market for long run of life not just for some projects.We are the production house who has built trust.

People find us very positive and they love working with us as we give them their due respect every times, we never failed in that.

4. What risks are you facing?
Presently we are not facing any kind of risk.I very positive and confident about my company.

5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
I am very careful before doing any kind of alliance because it is one the most important decision for your company.
Presently, we are not looking for any kind of alliance. Bread Jam Productions is capable and profitable from the beginning.

6. What comes first for you money or emotions?
The main goal of any business is to make money. But we are emotional driven company. We believe in providing great services to our clients rather than only thinking about making money.We belive in providing great services.

7. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I am a very positive and confident type of person. My will power to make the things happen is my greatest strength. I usally trust and belive anyone easily. That is something which is my weakness.

8. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
My family & my late Heavenly Father is proud of me, I am the hero of their life.I am just satisfied with my life and what god has given to me.

9. How do you handle pressure?
I love pressure, pressure pushes me to work hard and deliver the best .

10. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation?
It would be very difficult for me to sell my company, because the name Bread Jam Productions is not just a name, it gave me everything.

11. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
To start any work you should always be passionate and dedicated ofcourse.Take time in choosing career but do it with your love, you will definitely succeed.It happened with me, my passion changed my life.
