1. What gets you out of bed in the morning? What is your motivation?
Business itself is motivation. Full of excitement, adventure, and fear of the unknown.
You don’t know what’s going to hit you that day. Facing Real life challenges keep me going. Something I wouldn’t experience in college
The correct question would be, how I manage to sleep at night.

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
At Intellprint, we are constantly investing in increasing the number of services we provide at the best rate possible. The printing business is amazingly diverse. There are a 100 methods to print on any given surface. Each with its pros and cons. So, instead of keepin g 1-2 methods. We are aiming to achieve everything in-house, not relying on any third party. This not only ensures, Great costs to the customer, but also quality control.

3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
Using my brief, but great former training in the hospitality sector with the Oberoi Group of hotels, I have learnt what people desire… and business is all about giving what customers desire.
In this case being, excellent products, and excellent rates along with outstanding service.

4. What risks are you facing?
At just 21 years of age, I have risked my entire career.Money can come and go… But not time.

5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
It depends on how we define partnership…
If it means inviting someone to invest in intellprint? At this stage I would refuse. Funds are not an issue.

But if a partnership is mutually benefiting my business along with someone else’s. It’s always a go from my side.

6. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
Clearing my head and deciding to sacrifice the monotony of a comfy corporate job.

7. How do you handle pressure?
With time being a scarce resource, I have a fixed schedule for that.I meditate, in my office at 4:20 every day, followed by a healthy snack. I think it helps.

8. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
This is not the time to sell. Let the baby grow.

9. What have you had to sacrifice to get here?
We started with an office cum workshop in an area of 10X10 feet.Today, we have expanded over 10 times, with two running production lines. With supplies all over the nation.

The journey has been immensely painful, I am the sole proprietor with no partner, friend for help in management, procurement, production, marketing, accounting, and so on… Yes, family support has been invaluable. Biggest sacrifices have been on sleep, friends, lifestyle, and of course, money.

10. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
This would be the best decision of your life. India is realising the potential of entrepreneurship.

This is the time and place to be. No one can promise you monetary returns, but life lessons are priceless. It’s all about that one “STEP”, move ahead, and don’t look back.
