1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
We want to change the thought process of people so they enjoy a feel-good factor after using superior quality shaving products, every day.
2. Why should people choose your product/services?
We differentiate ourselves by focusing on three aspects:
-Superior quality products that are high in moisturization and differentiated by skin type
-Superior customer connect & experience
-Providing educational content that is compelling and helps change the thought process
Our daily shaving regimen details the value-add that every man can avail to improve their skin & life.
3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
Our products are a result of a decade of experience & trials with several international brands. The solution we have brought to the market is a sum of experience, research, and valuable content. There is a realization that we need better products but we don’t know how to use them effectively. The summary of Pink Woolf is facing problems at a personal level, finding a solution, and formulating products that are world-class and customized for the Indian population.
4. What risks are you facing?
Our biggest risk is the lack of awareness around men treating their skin and shaving routines.
5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
Yes, we are exploring strategic partnerships with a few players.
6. What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will you need in investments?
The cash flow and break-even are difficult to say at this time as we are progressing steadily on a daily basis and making inroads.
7. What comes first for you money or emotions?
Emotions.
8. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Strength – we are not just a seller, but tying the customer to a superior lifestyle and educating them.
Weakness – As our product is experience based, our growth will be relatively slow.
9. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
Getting Pink Woolf off the ground. We’ve had several ideas but none of them were executed.
10. How do you handle the pressure?
Listen to music, be positive and use Pink Woolf Products.
11. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
We aim to make Pink Woolf a long-term commitment to shaving & skin care for men, hence we have not thought about selling.
12. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
Have patience, persistence, and eliminate every negative news, person, event from your life. Stay the course.
13. What is the current range of product Pink Woolf is having?
The current range of products are:
