1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
My motivation is to write my own success story which contributes in making changes happen in a common man’s life. Every morning I wake up with with a resolve to outshine with my self-reliance and bind my determination into a perfect blend to make changes happen and strengthen the motto of my organisation every day.

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
People should choose our services because we try to provide technology beyond the functionality of a normal working computer, that can push their business /organisation
forward and that is what everyone looks for.

3. What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
We as an organisation believes in providing a home to our clients as soon as they collaborate with us. The competitive advantage which gives us an edge over other IT solutions companies is, we offer our clients a platter, where they pick up services as per their needs beyond the functionality of a normal working computer, which pushes their organisation/ business to new heights.

4. What risks are you facing?
Just like every drop together makes an ocean, we believe our strength lies in our employees. So, one biggest risk that any organisation for that matter would be facing is losing any of the good employees due to unavoidable reasons. It takes a lot to train a person to be a trailblazer. Other than this, I think we’re going fine.

5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
Yes, we are currently partners with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Fortinet to give better product and service experience to the clients. OYO and OLA for better operations and for the convenience of our team.

6. What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will
you need in investments?
As of now, we are creating an ecosystem where we don’t really need to look for an investment for OPEX (Operational Expenditure). However, to expand ourselves in the forthcoming days, we shall be seeking Investments. We are building a model, where we return the investment at the earliest or within the decided time frame, for the same.

7. What comes first for you money or emotions?
Being Indian, emotions come first, because people have emotions attached with particularly everything, be it their school, workplace, team or business. And that is what I feel makes all the difference. Understanding the emotions makes it easier to convert leads into deals and it’s one crucial path which leads to a long-term business collaboration. If at all, Steve Jobs didn’t have any emotional connect. He’d never return back to apple after getting fired.

8. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I don’t feel there is anything I’d really consider as a weakness, I’d rather say there is a scope of improvement, of which the parameters might vary. Patience and Speaking at a comparatively slower pace is what I think I should improve and I’m putting efforts in it for the same. At times, I go really fast, which I think makes it a little difficult task for people to connect dots and understand. The strengths being the persuasive power( persuasive power impacts your ability to convince others of the wisdom of what you believe. Sometimes this persuasive power is detrimental, for example, when you convince others to follow a path that was in fact unwise. A person that has persuasive power is able to convince people to make wise decisions, but also to convince people to make unwise decisions.), the determination and punctuality (which I believe changes a lot of things, the work environment, the team, the way people treat you)

9. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
The accomplishment which I am proud of is to realise that there is an entrepreneur in me and I started to work on it at an early stage in life. Most of the people take decades to realise this and till the time they realise, they have a lot to lose.

10. How do you handle the pressure?
I sidestep the drama and stay positive. Thereafter I simply execute the gas law P=nRT.
Pressure multiplied by volume and them equating it the time and no. of people who can help. Where positivity factor stays constant.

11. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
I won’t sell it in the first place. Secondly, I’ll always follow the first.

12. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
Always follow your gut and intuition, because they already know what you are going to
do. Once, you start never look back or step back. That is the only way to start and grow.

13. What are your idea and your story?
My story, My idea and My struggle have been different, I might have crossed rivers which nobody might need. Or maybe those rivers don’t exist by then. Technology changes every moment. You can take inspiration from others’ idea and stories. However, you always have your own path and your own hurdles.
