1. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
When I get up in the morning I think first of all how I will motivate myself personally and professionally. Then I also greet the whole team. So it keeps the good momentum whole day. According to Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, knowing what motivates you is the key to success and can actually be worth more than knowledge.

2. Why should people choose your product/service?
Digital marketing and customer online presence have made the market much easier and efficient than earlier. The entire data and customers query can be easily tracked and resolved to know the market behaviour. People are relying more and more on their smart devices like smartphone or laptops and spending more and more time online and surfing the internet. That’s why present business online is more important to take your customer attention and build your brand value.

3. What inspired you to start Meliora Technologies?
The world in the 21st century is no longer analogous. It has become digital, or one can say digitally beautiful. Now almost all forms of content whether text or audio or video is either digitized or is about to get digitized, and such digital content can be moved from one point on the globe to the other in a matter of seconds. This is no less a revolution. Thanks to the World Wide Web and the Internet!
The ubiquitous mobile phones and smartphones have shown that people are quick to adapt to technology if it is within their reach and serves their purpose.
So we started a company in the name of Meliora Technologies(Meliora means “for the pursuit of the better”)

4. How much capital do you have and when do we expect cash flow break even?
Right now we have a capital of Rs One Lakh and we are expecting the break-even next financial year. As we have started a company on 1st January 2018.

5. Who are the biggest competitors and how are they doing? If there are no competitors, why?
This is the following competitors that we are analyzing since March 2017 are following
a) Brandup
b) Technooyster
c) Skovian
d) IKF
The analysis was done since the year in Pune Maharashtra it’s it the hub, in fact, lots of startups are also registered and for brand awareness and product reach, they are taking the digital marketing services from all above the companies. In fact, because of good business response, many of the clients have also done a renewal plan else yearly subscriptions to maintain the Google ranking and brand awareness. All the digital marketing companies are doing good business and client retention. So ultimately growing their business.

6. What comes first for you money or emotions?
Keeping your emotions in check while money is (or isn’t) in your bank account can be a challenging process. We worry about our futures and the future of employees that are our immediate needs. Balancing both your emotional checking account and your financial one is important. It is very hard to move forward so I think money is important, emotions can be lately handled.

7. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Meliora Technologies currently working in Pune region. Yes, some of our clients are of from different cities and countries so our plan is first of strengthening the Pune market, later on, we will do run a franchise module or keep an employee in the respected city. In fact, we also help our employee to adapt to new technologies so if something comes into the market initial stage so it will be easy to provide it to our new clients.
So all the growth factors will be considered from all the way for the stiff graph for the company growth in 5 years.

8. If you had the opportunity to start this business again what would you do differently?
First of all, it will be a very difficult task to start the company again but if we get that worst condition .we will implement a different strategy for the growth of the company, will hire different resources so this would be applied.

9. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
First, the advice from my end would be simpler one first create your innovations after completion does the market research and serve the product or service. If you get failure also into this doesn’t matter just move on.

10. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
If your product or service is already on the market just do market analysis such as which are the company are into it, what is their strategy & how they are currently doing.
