Interview with Vishwas Gupta | Farms2Families

About Vishwas

Everything began with an enthusiastic personality conceived in a residential community of Uttar Pradesh, Lakhimpur. Vishwas Gupta began his career by finishing his MBA from IILM in 2008. Being an imaginative personality he never stopped and even after being a senior sales manager in reliance, he quit his activity in the wake of working for a half year and began taking a shot at his new pursuit RIKSHAW BAZARI. A very basic and low-cost venture required very few resources and gave multiple gains. By marketing some partnered companies on designed rikshaw and providing services like scratch card recharge and drinking water service by the rickshaw driver gave him an opportunity to grow. Because of the innovative Rikshaw Bazari venture, he got an offer to work with 2 organisations at Bareilly and Haldwani which he acknowledged and began executing his abilities. In any case, the fate guaranteed something unique for him, soon RIKSHAW BAZARI was shut.

Vishwas has a speciality of connecting the dots. It started when he worked along with his father on the field. His father loved farming and so does he, this bond catalysed the dream of gifting a farm to his father. For the same, with all of his energy, he started working on his new venture Trounce Education as a Managing Director along with his cousin. He managed to bring the company to a resourceful stage. Working for a long time and getting the organisation at a reputed stage he at last needs to leave the business because of the paper-work conflict with his cousin. It was the time when the hit transformed into a block and everything got broke alongside Vishwas. Thereafter, he went to his hometown with zero clues. He has been an excellent advertiser thought out in his career. He was approached by a renowned politician for the party promotion. As being a marketing enthusiast, he delivered the same in an exceptional way. It was appreciated by the party members. But, he had to leave the political party because of the conflict his family members were creating. He was totally hurt and decided to leave the sense of belongingness from his home.

Vishwas, a determined person, felt helpless and choose to go to the hills and spend some lone time to get his life on track so he went to Uttarakhand and started experiencing the nature around him. He started working in farms as a helper and it gave him a new instinct which helped him to relate himself with the organic world around him. He decided to move back to Noida and started working in the real estate business. Memories of Uttarakhand and his love for nature still prevailed in his mind. Apart from his daily routines, he added something new to his list and that was exploring organic farming. He visited various supermarkets and compared the veggies available there from the ones found in local markets. The results were perverse, the chemical content found in the samples were comparably high than the normal consumption level. Now the problem was how to eradicate chemicals from our food chain. A lot of research and observations lead to a formulation of the new venture. A day out with a friend thinking about the idea and staring at an inverted magazine (Sanjeev Kapoor) gave birth to “FARMS 2 FAMILIES”.

He took a land on lease in 2016 and started working on it. An idea where a person can experience their land getting cultivated organically. From the experiments been performed on land, it has been observed that he can grow 28 varieties of vegetables at a time. These new healthy ideas have the negligible negative impact on the health of people as well as the environment. The concept was to provide a part of the land on lease to the clients where they can monitor the production of their vegetables. Leasing attracts new investors and makes the venture trustworthy. The trust factor was the only reason which enables to convert a prospective client into a satisfied customer. Vishwas even applied for the patient and spent lots of his fund on this in 2016. In 2017 he shifted abroad in search of earning money galore to execute the further plan. He worked in Dubai for almost 9 months. After returning from abroad he’s looking for potential investors who can make his project a booming one. Currently, Vishwas’s idea is selected by Atal incubation Center BIMTECH, and they are helping Viswas to scale up the business.
