Interview with Facebook Marketing Expert Ajay Rai

I hope this can inspire you to become a successful entrepreneur too! Why is it important to hear the story of a successful entrepreneur?

Having the vision to become an entrepreneur is great. Making it happen is another story!

In that frame, I had the pleasure to interview Ajay Rai. Ajay Rai is a Facebook marketing and sales funnel consultant to coaches and course creators. Ajay Rai is responsible for many big course launches. He is working with some of the top seven figures coaches around the globe.

1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
For me, purpose, passion, and results are the biggest motivation, not only in the morning but every time these are things that are always pushing me ahead to do something different.

Everyone who has once find a purpose for their life will always kick them to get transformation not only in their lives but others as well.

2. Why should people choose your product/services?
I help people in a very unique way by finding their micro-niche, packaging their expertise in a digital coaching/course and then sell it. I don’t work with everyone, I am not an ordinary consultant, I have spent a good amount of time and effort in getting results for people who are into coaching business and now I can say very confidently that I can get anyone results in this specific industry. No fake promise- I have a 100% money-back guarantee, so when people come to me they are into a safe hand.

3. How do you find the industry that you’re in?
I was always trying to find ways to make money online, since finding this I came across coaching niche, this was the booming niche as everyone wants information at the click of their phones. I saw people impacting other lives and creating changes in this niche. So I started exploring this niche and with time and constant work I have mastered this niche and I can help anyone sell their advice digitally in the form of digital courses.

4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I believe that my greatest strength is the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I can see any given situation from multiple perspectives, which makes me uniquely qualified to complete my work even under challenging conditions. That problem solving allows me to be a better communicator. I am just as comfortable speaking to senior executives as well as junior team members. I think my ability to see all sides of an issue will make me a great asset to the team.
My weakness is I feel angry about people who have problems with every solution. I don’t like to work with people who make fun of work and have always problems with every solution. And I say No to them straight.

5. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
I look across the ad agency space and for the most part, I see sheep covered in wolf’s clothing. Beginners trying to look like an expert and have 0 knowledge about how to provide service to their clients. Because the hashtag #my course told me to outsource and not learn it myself. And Hashtag #sixfigures Pay your dues. Don’t sell something if you don’t understand. If you’re a beginner, own it! We all started somewhere. Earn the right way to charge your clients!

6. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
In 2019, I had a client, she was new to the coaching field and wanted to start her coaching business, no digital presence, no framework. We started in February, I first worked with her in creating her funnel and framework for her coaching.
Once we have these things ready funnels and all automation we started with our ads and we spent around 50K USD In the whole year and we made over 600KUSD selling our coaching program and this was really a great win for me.

7. What is your one advice that you would like to give us as a Facebook advertiser?
I would like to suggest people that stop thinking that FACEBOOK is a marketplace. Facebook is not a marketplace, people are not there to buy your stuff. It is a social networking site. Start providing value and work on offer creation, once you master this you can sell on Facebook. People needs solutions to their problems they don’t need your products, instead of selling your product focus on selling the solution to the customer.

Don’t rush with Facebook ads, they need time to understand the flow and use it as a medium to build trust.
