In that frame, we had the pleasure to interview Rajnish Jain, founder of Crossword Public Relation.

1. Please tell us something about Crossword Public Relation.
Crossword Public Relation is a 360 degree marketing company. It was founded in 2015. Crossword Public Relations is a Global Communication firm that specializes in information distribution solutions for communications professionals across India, Middle East & Asia. It is a fastest growing service provider in the public relation, Digital Marketing and event management industry. Our commitment is based on quality and creativity.

2. Please tell us something about the services offered by Crossword Public Relation.
We are specialized in offering a range of services in the domains of Health, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, and education sectors Information Technology, Tour & Travel, and Non-profit organization. Crossword is a hub of media opportunities and we are recognized in national and international markets. We are providers of services like Media relation, event planning, digital marketing, corporate tie ups, celebrity tie ups, crisis Management, strategic planning. We are valued for our domain expertise with our energetic teams and value driven projects/campaigns.

3. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
In terms of accomplishments I would say that with the hard work of my team and with right vision we are able to crack some of the top notch clients like Pan bahar, Pratap Mahal IHCL Seleqtions, Ajmer, Bercos, Barbeque Nation, Singla Sweets, Vegas Mall etc.

We have a team of expertise in every profile like Public Relations, Social Media, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and Interns.

4. What is your vision for next few years?
So I read this in a book where it said that “If you want to reach a goal, you must see the reaching in your own mind before you actually arrive at your goal.” So even I think of my goal before reaching it. I strategies about things and then I work upon that with my team. My dream is to take Crossword on a next level. We wish to add more national and international brands as our customer and handle their overall marketing.

5. How the PR Industry will be changed post COVID-19.
Public Relations is to promote a brand by using editorial content publishing in magazines, Newspaper, news channels, online blogs and news portals. It’s a vast field where everything revolves around media and communication. So it was quite a task for us to maintain that quality and quantity during the lockdown because everyone was sitting at home. But still we managed and came out as more powerful and with more confidence. In Post COVID-19, I think with the financial and liquidity crisis it will bring a change in scale and scope. Also now things will be more digital as there will be emphasis more on social media, digital marketing, webinars, online coverages and interviews. The pandemic has acted as a clarion for both the agencies and brands and both need to realign their strategies and approaches.

6. What are your future plans for Crossword Public Relation? Is Crossword Public Relation funded or bootstrapped?
For the future my goal is in the next six months I want to crack some really good clients which are national and international and introduce more interesting services and recently we are present in 12 countries and I want that we are present in every country of the world. No, from the starting the company is self funded.
