Bizydale is constantly engaged in innovations for leading brands, fortune 500, and is new-age tech specialists.

1. What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
Well, the kick to be responsible for generating business and keep the revenue momentum going no matter what the economic or social situation is, keeps me motivated. I love to take the challenges and the aggression that push me to plan all ways to succeed. Also, my life and business Partner Satyajeet Pradhan, CEO of Bizydale Nets inspires and motivates me to lead the things from the front.

We at Bizydale Nets follow a rigorous process of quality and testing, and our creative and product scoping skills are best in Industry. We have a dedicated R&D who works only on Product research and competitive analysis which is not so seen in any technology company in India. We also have a strict hiring process where candidates undergo many rigorous practical and theoretical tests before finally joining the team. We believe in hiring the best and delivering the best!

4. What risks are you facing?
Well, the major risk we are facing is slow market penetration due to the challenges in finances or investments that are required to build such solutions. I see very less investors take up the risk of investing in talents rather than traction. The major investments at Bizydale Nets are from Satyajeet and me as we never fail to believe in ourselves and our talents.

5. Have you considered any alliance/partnership?
As of now No.

6. What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will you need in investments?
We have already crossed the break-even point and growing organically year on year. We have plans to increase our investment by 2x in the next 3 years.

7. What comes first money or emotions?
When it comes to business, its money that matters. As it is the only thing that keeps you motivated and going. However, I also agree there has to be a balance between money and emotions.

8. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My greatest strength is the aggression that drives me to perform and the ability to empathize with what customers or businesses need to deliver apt results. My weakness is the mindset to close things fast which sometimes backfires as I might miss perfection.

9. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
Well, I most proud of my accomplishment in generating revenues and playing a key role in the growth of my company Bizydale Nets although my major experience is from a different industry. Most clients are repetitive and that shows that they are happy with my service and product.

10. How do you handle the pressure?
When you are a co-founder and responsible for revenues, then pressure is inevitable. I don’t react quickly to pressures and try to absorb it within by communicating frequently with my team and associates. I also never miss out on Yogas that keeps me relaxed and calm throughout the day.

11. If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?
Never thought about it and neither we have any plans to sell as of now as we have seen worst of days just to build this. This is our baby and we intend to run it till last.

12. What advice would you give to someone starting out?
Just follow 3 Ps i.e Persistent, Perseverance, and Patience. Also, I would advise new entrepreneurs to focus on excellence rather than quick money. Money should always be considered as a by-product.
